    Shipping Policy

    To Our Dear Customers:

    It's important to take into consideration that order processing times are separate from shipping times as listed at checkout.

    Please consider that all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation & payment is approved. Once payment is approved, you will receive a notification as well as information on when your order has been / or will be, shipped to the address that was provided to us.

    Please be aware that Bio-Mac Pharma Group LLC can not be responsible for potential delays due to a high volume of orders, or for postal service problems that are outside of our control.

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    For calculated shipping rates:

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    We offer FREE shipping for orders over $350 (excluding Taxes).

    Local delivery

    Couriers usually deliver from 8 am to 7 pm Monday thru Friday and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturday.

    We will contact you either via message or email with your order and will notify you of the estimated day/date/time of arrival.

    In-store pickup

    There are no in-store pickup facilities. All purchases will be delivered to you via our selected couriers.

    International Shipping

    We offer shipping to the following countries: Canada At this time, we do not ship to Mexico or any other international areas. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple international shipping options according to delivery times.

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bio-Mac Pharma Group LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 6 to 12 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 to 8 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at www.biomacgroupcbd.com with your name and order number, and we will inform you of the status of your purchase/shipment.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    Please look up into our selected courier’s delivery policies before making final delivery arraignments.

    Returns, refunds, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we could refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at www.biomacgroupcbd.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
